Eating breakfast promotes weight loss ? A really puzzling question that sends most of the people in a tizzy.

But, then as for every other theory in the world, this also has a lot of advocates and there is another huge chunk of people who say skipping breakfast promotes weight loss. The real answer is that both are kind of incorrect.

The nutritional advice that we give has a fully research backing. Repeated studies have shown  that, it’s the total calories and also the kind of calories consumed throughout the day that would help in deciding if you would go higher up on the scale of lower towards the healthier side. So, even if do a healthy breakfast or no breakfast if you load up excess you load up excess!!

Breakfast literally means to ‘break’ your ‘fast’! A good breakfast kick starts a process of eating clean from the start of the day. A good portion of fruits like banana, mango, papaya or any in season are rich in antioxidants, and boosts your system to give it’s best and hence are a good breakfast option for each and every individual.

A person wanting to lose weight, tries each and every method possible or he/she thinks is possible to lose it and keep it away. So they tend to follow any random advice that comes their way. ‘Stop having breakfast’ is the most common, or have two meals among a lot of advice that is thrown their way. But, in all honesty, it’s an unsolicited advice, that they easily fall prey to. Breakfast is important, for all sorts of individuals whether working, non working, kids or adults.

#Mango frozen

#Banana

#Soy milk (or curd )

Method:

  1. Blend for 3-4 mins , top it with some seeds , fruit and most importantly dried coconut
  2. Yummmy anytime meal ready in 5 mins.
  3. Tip: peel banana before freezing else it’s impossible to get the peel out later.
