Mariyappan Thangavelu : India’s Golden Boy

Yesterday an Indian Boy Mr. Mariyappan Thangavelu created history and made India proud 🌸🌸 by winning Gold in paraolympics in highjump 💪💪💪 But this boy hasn’t just won gold there he won gold in real life too defying all odds against him. I don’t know how many of you actually know his story but this boy lost his foot in an accident at the age of 5 and was raised by a single mom with 3 siblings. His mom sell vegetables for a living. He has no fancy coaches. No supplements. Not even proper #prosthetics and for all those who say Indian genetics are bad he was more than a foot shorter than his American counterpart won silver in a sport where height is an advantage 🙏🙏🙏 yet the boy cleared 1.89 meters on the bar 🙌🙌 becasue his #determination mariyappanis strongest in the world. Besides all this the 21 year old also holds a degree in business.
This makes me question ourselves we are so #privileged we have everything in life yet we complain 🙆🙆 i know so many people who have all the facilities in the world but have done nothing in life, complain and blame others for their failure 🙅🙅🙅 to all those people just see the victory ceremony of Mr. Mariyappan Thangavelu ⚡⚡⚡ if it doesn’t bring a tear to your 👀 change my name.
