How to prepare 🤗
Ingredients:
- Boiling water 1 large glass
- Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Method:
To one giant cup of boiling water , add 1 teaspoon of dry ginger powder and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder ( you can use fresh too) .
This makes for the base to this you can add some green tea or some lemon juice upto your system and taste.
Benefits:
It’s NOT A WEIGHT LOSS DRINK 😶 but it would help you relieve any infections you have esp throat related and act as an immunity as well as digestion booster.
