Sustainability:

If you don’t see yourself following a meal plan for the next 5-6 years continuously, you are setting yourself up for disaster.

Your diet should blend with your lifestyle. It should allow you to eat according to your region, religion, and liking. It should make you feel happy, energetic, and fit. NOT dull, tired, fatigued, and depressed. And without getting obsessed with counting calories or the macros, one needs to be educated on how to eat seasonally, eat diverse and eat intuitively. In the process, you will not only lose fat but also reset your metabolism, support immunity and restore both physical and mental health.

Home-based food:

There is no magic pill for weight loss. Eating seasonal and traditional food, made in the kitchen using age-old methods is the best and only way to permanent weight loss.
