We would monitor your progress periodically to ensure its suited to your needs and activity levels and would modify accordingly at set frequencies.

NidSun will tailor your workout to accommodate, whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle or be healthy. We will work with you to find an appropriate training volume, intensity, and frequency and accordingly select exercises and progressions to get you where you’re going efficiently. Again, as for diet, our workout programs are also tailor-made to suit your needs. It can be a healthy mix of cardiovascular, strength, HIIT and different functional workouts.
