GREEN LADY…Beat the Summer Heat with this nutritious yet Refreshing Drink!
Ingredients:
- 5 to 6 mint leaves
- 2 cucumbers
- Some spinach leaves
- Few coriander leaves if you like
- 2 tea spoons lemon juice’
- ½ tea spoon roasted jeera powder
- 2 tumblers chilled water
Method:
Juice all the leaves and cucumber adding some water and strain it. Add lemon juice and jeera powder and serve chilled with crushed ICE.
It Serves 3 to 4 people and has just 10 calories per serving. A great source if Iron so You can call it IRON LADY if you wantJ
