Banana Chia Pudding

Now who doesn’t like a tasty and a hearty breakfast early in the morning to kickstart there day?? We all do right? So we have for you an amazing and a healthy chia seed pudding recipe which can easily double up as your breakfast for the next day! Just 15 minutes before you sleep, you can be sorted for your breakfast scenes for the nest day! Yay!


  • Almond milk                                                250 ml
  • Bananas                                                       2
  • Maple Syrup                                                1 tsp.
  • Chia seeds                                                   1 tsp.
  • Cinnamon                                                    ½ tsp.
  • Vanilla Essence                                           2 drops
  • Salt                                                             a pinch
  • Berries [optional]                                         a few


  • Put almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla essences, bananas, cinnamon and salt in a blender. Process until smooth, I used my Kitchen Aid Artisan Power Blender.
  • Put chia seeds in a medium bowl. Pour in the banana mixture and stir well. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again. Let it sit for another 10 minutes and stir again. The seeds would have started to get plump by this time.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Before serving, check the consistency, in case it seems to be very thick, put some more almond milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  • You could serve it garnished with berries or a mint sprig. If stored in an airtight container in the fridge, it can last for 2-3 days.

Now that’s what we mean when we say that taste and health can literally go hand in hand!!
