How to prepare
Blend in a big mason jar

  • 1 banana
  • 3-5 strawberries
  • 1 glass soymilk or 3 table spoon curd ( non vegan)
  • with a tablespoon of oats
  • Some nuts 💚❤💙💛 that’s it .

You could have it in your car driving to work 🚗 Delhi. Mumbai traffic gives me enough time .
